In response to the evolving retail landscape during the COVID-19 pandemic, VIETRI, an Italian-inspired brand that sells handmade dinnerware and decor products for the home and garden space, engaged Growth Spark to revamp its online presence. Given that a significant portion of VIETRI’s business relied on brick and mortar partnerships with both small and large retailers, Growth Spark ensured the ability to scale effectively by implementing Shopify Plus with an SAP integration.
After scaling their eCommerce operations with backend and frontend improvements to the design, VIETRI needed help with customer acquisition. They needed a solution that directed new customers to their website with a cost-effective strategy. Before Growth Spark, VIETRI internally managed Google Ads and Facebook Ads with sub-par results.
