Founded in 1960, Triangle Engineering is leading source for weld test materials and destructive test equipment. Growth Spark helped them refresh their brand identity and enhance the user experience to match their excellent customer service and highest quality of their products.
As a family-owned business, Triangle Engineering had been using the same branding since its founding, but as their target audiences evolved, the company's entire branding was in need of a refresh. The website's design and site map were not user-friendly and looked antiquated (circa early 2000s), which could have negatively impacted the company's image and appeal to its target audience. The outdated website design gave the impression that the company was not up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, which could have caused users to lose trust in the company's offerings. To address these issues, Triangle Engineering came to Growth Spark for an updated brand and user experience that would appeal to their target audience and align with their current market position.
Growth Spark upgraded the existing store to Shopify 2.0 and gave it a facelift by providing a significant cosmetic update with a new theme, color palette, icons, branding, logo refresh, site map, and typography system. The design team developed a brand strategy for Triangle Engineering to provide them with a high-level summary of the brand’s positioning, mission, and values that would appeal to their target audience and align with their current market position.
By leveraging Shopify 2.0 features, Growth Spark team improved the client's website's ease of use for the website admin and created a modern and engaging user experience that would resonate with Triangle Engineering’s customers. Additionally, we configured and installed Google Analytics 4 to provide the client with detailed insights into their website's traffic and customer behavior, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to improve their website's performance. Growth Spark also used email marketing to help the company improve their communication with their customers and drive more sales.
To further enhance the client's website's performance, Growth Spark partnered with Crush Pics for image optimization and Rewind Backups for backups management. The team also integrated third-party apps that were already installed by the client and made sure that technologies like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Unific are used to optimize the client's website's performance overview. Overall, the solution provided the client with an updated brand and user experience that would appeal to their target audience and align with their current market position.
