Career trajectories have changed from 30 years with the same old company to short stints where both the employee and the employer are looking to get something out of the relationship. Based on my personal experience as both an employee and an employer in this modern job climate, I wrote an article for Agency Post about how I navigate this “new world” from both sides. Check out the full article here.
